Lang Ya Shan Temple

- Training; Kung Fu, Qigong, Tai Qi

Shaolin Temple
(4th August – 6th August
- Meet the Abbot of Shaolin Temple
- Da Mo Cave
- Kung Fu performance
- Visit to the Shaolin Orphanage
Wu Dang Mountain
(7th August – 8th August)
Beijing
(9th August – 10th August)
- Tian An Men Square
- Great Wall
