Shi Yan He – Germany
Started his Kung Fu training at age 5. His talent was soon recognized, and Kung Fu, which translates to 'hard work,' would ultimately guide and shape his life. Shi Yan He spent several years at the Kung Fu Institute of the Shaolin monastery, renowned as the premier Kung Fu school in China, where he coached the international performance team of the temple. Alongside his rigorous daily training, he taught children and teenagers. He also gained fame as a member of the globally touring Shaolin Kung Fu Show team, performing in various venues, including the famous circus 'Krone.'
Master He aims to remain in Germany to teach. Currently, he is instructing children, teenagers, and adults in balance sports in Grevenbroich. He enjoys working with both beginners and those who already possess fundamental skills. In addition to traditional Wushu basics and internal training through meditation and Qi Gong, the emphasis is on the Kung Fu form Xiao Hong Quan ('protecting the Shaolin monastery gate').
